Scenario for Assignments 1-5

For Assignments 1-5, you are the new budgeting and finance administrator for your local government agency. Your first responsibility is to become familiar with the agency, the budget, programs, and capital projects. As the administrator, you will be responsible for analyzing, examining, proposing, and preparing the agency’s budget for the next five (5) years.

Note: Students cannot use New York City as a selected local government

Assignment 1: The Operating Budget

Identify and explain one to two (1-2) challenges you will have in managing the budget. (Title this section Budget Challenges.)
Recommend two to three (2-3) strategies the agency should review regarding new initiatives and budget cuts over the next five (5) years. (Title this section Budget Recommendations.)
Include the agency’s most recent budget or financial plan.
Provide the agency’s Website name, URL, and any other sources used to support the assignment’s criteria.

Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:

Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length.

I am taking Intermediate Macroeconomics at my college and I have having a heck of a time understanding the course. So I need someone with a very strong understanding of economics to do the following things for me for Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 of my macroeconomics book.

1) Create a MS Word document of all the vocabulary words in each of the chapters and provide easy-to-understand definitions so simple that a 5-year old can understand it (Yes, I’m that slow, lol). However, each definitions should reflect the accurate meaning of the word. Provide a separate MS Word document for Chapter 1 and one for Chapter 2.

2) Answer all the end-of-chapter questions with 100% correct and accurate answers but are written in a super-simple, easy-to-understand way. Each set of questions and answers should be in separate MS Word documents.

Steve says that he thinks Karen is shoplifting the umbrella. Karen tells him that she has had the umbrella for years and shows him marks of wear and tear. Steve apologizes and tells Karen she is free to go. Can Karen successfully sue for false imprisonment or defamation? From what you have learned about the relationship between a principal and an agent, analyze whether Steve or Big Mart could be liable because of Steve’s actions.
