This assignment consists of two (2) sections: a business requirements document and a project plan. You must submit both sections as separate files for the completion of this assignment. Label each file name according to the section of the assignment it is written for. Additionally, you may create and / or assume all necessary assumptions needed for the completion of this assignment.
Documenting the existing IT network and system is an important first step, but you, the CIO, know that capturing the needed changes can be critical to your success as an executive. You know that procuring and documenting quality business requirements is an important step toward the design of quality information systems. Completion of a quality requirements document allows user needs and expectations to be captured, so that infrastructure and information systems can be designed properly. Using the requirements document provided in the course shell as a part of the requirements gathering process, you are to assess the needs of the company as it prepares to become a multinational organization. You must consider current and future trends and requirements; however, assumptions should be realistic and carefully considered. The needs of the organization should be documented. Later deliverables will focus on specifics of all requirements.
Section 1: Business Requirements Document
Write a four to six (4-6) page original business requirements document for the project plan using the template provided here. Note: The template can also be found in the Student Center of the online course shell.
Describe the project needs, including the following:

Describe the scope and analyze how to control the scope.
Speculate and give justifications for how to control scope.
Identify possible risks, constraints, and assumptions.
Describe the needed integration with other systems and infrastructure. Note: Database and Data Warehousing, Cloud Technology and Virtualization, and Network Infrastructure and Security.
Assess the human capital that may be needed to complete the project, ensuring that necessary skill sets are identified.
Speculate on possible outsourcing or offshoring needs that may be required to accomplish project.
Define relevant terms that will be used throughout the project.
Include cost projections for staffing, infrastructure, and other resources.
Use at least two (2) quality resources in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and similar Websites do not qualify as quality resources.

Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA or school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.

A public health program is costly in time, expenditures, and effort. The stakes are high, and the aims are noble, often no less than improving the wellbeing of an entire community or group. The only way to determine whether the program has been worth these costs is to conduct thorough evaluations. In public health, as in most fields, researchers and experts have differing terms for similar concepts, and there is a lack of consistent labels that are used throughout a given discipline. For example, public health textbooks differ in how they categorize subtopics under the umbrella term of evaluation. This week’s course texts describe two differing ways to conceptualize the four types of evaluation on which you will focus this week: formative, process, impact, and outcome. Although they agree on formative and process evaluation, they give opposite explanations for impact and outcome evaluations. For the purposes of this week’s work, please use the Fertman text’s definitions.

For this week’s Discussion, review the media titled Evaluating Health Programs. Consider how Water Missions Belize co-founder Jennifer Harsta conducts program evaluation in a water sanitation program. Also, reflect on how she and her employees might improve her program based on the evaluation and how she might improve her evaluation methods. Then, using credible online sources, locate two examples of public health programs that have been thoroughly evaluated. One way to find examples of evaluations is to search for public health topics of interest to you. For example, the phrase “tobacco program outcomes” yields a good sample evaluation at http://www.cdc.gov/prc/prevention-strategies/smoking-cessation-program.htm (Note: Please do not use this example for your post.)

Walmart Shopping or Product Analysis

Option 1

Analyze product purchase decisions from the customer perspective. Visit the Wal-Mart website and place 5 or more items in your shopping cart until you go over the $500.00 budget. Then, eliminate and/or exchange items until your reach a total of $500.00. Take notes on your reasoning during the process of elimination.

Shopping Rules:

Briefly describe your experiences using your notes from your shopping session and the concepts of utility, marginal utility, and price elasticity. What items were in your initial shopping cart versus the items that were in your final cart? What were the reasons for keeping, exchanging, or eliminating items? What types of goods did you keep (luxury or staple)? Why?

Option 2

Identify a product or service that your company provides. First, consider the product/service from the emotional perspective. What emotion does this product/service elicit from your customers? Does your company use emotions or provide emotions? Secondly, what is the price elasticity of the product or service? Explain. Lastly, consider the product/service from the “last mile” perspective. What does the customer experience look like? Does your company focus on the “last mile”? If so, provide specific examples. If not, what recommendations do you have for evaluating and improving the customer experience?
