In this assignment, you address the actual collection and preservation tasks used during the investigation.

Your analysis must reference specific tests, histological staining, microscopes, and other equipment or techniques that should be used.

What challenges exist regarding the collection of the evidence? Explain.
How is the evidence stored and preserved? Explain.
How difficult is it to store and preserve the evidence? Explain.
How might the evidence become contaminated and therefore inadmissible in court? Explain.

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that includes, on a single slide, a flowchart of the procurement management process. Include in your flowchart at least six process steps starting with the identification of what services and items are needed by the Project Manager and ending with the confirmation by the Project Manager that the items and services required for the project have been received. After the slide on which the overall flowchart is presented, provide a single slide for each process step identified in the flowchart. For example, a flowchart containing six process steps should be followed by six process slides, each of which describes one of the six process steps in the flowchart.

Find a Project Procurement Management Plan example or template on the Internet. Compare and contrast it with your process flowchart by identifying major elements included in one that are not included in the other. Provide one slide of bullets and speaker notes reflecting on your comparative analysis.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” (at least 100 words) for each slide other than the Cover, Agenda, Conclusion, and References slides.

The required length of the PowerPoint presentation option for this assignment is 11-16 slides.

You are the branch manager for an office with 100 employees. You just got word that your office will be visited by an external organizational development team sent from corporate. Their job will be to study the work environment for effective work patterns, better understand the organization from a cultural perspective in areas like ethics and employee attitude, and offer suggestions for change back to corporate for consideration.

Your VP has asked you to create a PowerPoint presentation that will be used to introduce organizational behavior concepts to the staff in all branches across the country. So, each slide should make use of the “notes” section of PowerPoint to provide the text of the speech because every word cannot be written on every slide. That way, it will ensure a consistent message delivery across the country.

Your VP believes this kind of introduction will be best to ensure that employees do not panic and think they are going to lose their jobs when they first meet the consultant team. Presentation Guidelines

The following guidelines for your PowerPoint presentation will be used to grade your work as well:

Limit the number of words on slides. Slides are designed to supplement your presentation, not to be your presentation (in this assignment, it is to supplement your research paper).
Avoid paragraphs.
Use bullet points.
Use succinct phrases instead of sentences.
Limit each slide to 6 bullet points.
Use simple fonts.
Fonts “with feet” are easier to read (in a paragraph).
Fonts “without feet” make nice titles.
Choose color combinations that make your presentation easy to read.
Limit graphics to 1–3 per page. Too many graphics can be distracting.
Bells and whistles tend to be distracting for the viewer. Make sure that special effects have a purpose.

This week you will construct a new instructional plan by considering your student population. Regardless of grade level, your class consists of 27 students.
