Summarize each of the following components, created earlier in the course and revised using the feedback received.

As you advance in your studies, you will continue to build your knowledge base in hopes of reaching your professional goals. This assignment is a culmination of the learning gained throughout this course, with hopes for you to build upon this as you grow in your academic journey. As a professional, you will want to showcase the knowledge you have gained, as well as demonstrate who you are as a unique, reflective practitioner entering the professional world. This project will allow you to develop a language-focused component that you would be able to add to your personal ePortfolio for future professional use. An ePortfolio is an organized collection of your work that is able to be accessed electronically. An ePortfolio may contain examples of some of your best work that you are able to share with others electronically, including potential employers. As you complete more courses, you are able to add more to your ePortfolio resulting in a reflective collection of who you are as an educator. The goal is for you to be able to use this as you enter the professional world. You can learn more about the creation of an ePortfolio at Virtual Educators.

For the Final Project, you will organize a language acquisition section that could later be added to your professional ePortfolio.

Choose one of the following ePortfolio methods to showcase your language acquisition learning.

Power Point Presentation
Google ePortfolio: This is an actual working website that you can enable for others to view.

Summarize each of the following components, created earlier in the course and revised using the feedback received. Be sure to explain the purpose of each. For example, you can summarize why you included your design of a language-rich environment for children as it relates to the support of language acquisition. For each bullet, you must include your summary and the actual assignment.

Guided Introduction (Week One)
A summary of your beliefs regarding language acquisition
Language-Rich Environment (Week Two)
Stages of Language Development Analysis (Week Three)
Literacy Lesson Plan (Week Four)
Language Reflection (You will choose another project complete within this course that you feel is a valuable reflection of your learning.)
A summary of how you will support children’s language acquisition in your professional role
Language Resource File in APA format (Week Five)

Your ePortfolio should be creative, but also professional and demonstrate the knowledge you have obtained. It is helpful to be thoughtful with your content and creative with your delivery.

Your Final Project should be submitted as one project. The ePortfolio should address the material using college-level writing and critical thought. In addition, it should include graphics, visuals, and media, as appropriate. Contents should be designed to clearly and concisely address the material with research justification. Your ePortfolio must be formatted according to APA style, including a title page and a reference page. You must use a minimum of five resources in addition to the course text. There is no length requirement for the ePortfolio so long as all of the required components have been included

In what ways will stress effect this population, and in what way will age play a role?

Compilation Hi ashley this is three assignment .

It is now time to compile your individual projects from Units III-VII into one comprehensive report. Use the reports that you wrote, as well as revisions that you made based on your instructor’s feedback. Create one report that summarizes and illustrates all aspects of your patient’s health issue. Your previous assignments should contain everything that you need, but you might need to rearrange some information in order to present your report in a logical, readable order. For example, you may find that a paragraph from one assignment is better placed into the area of another assignment (merely combining the assignments in order may not be the best case study presentation for your patient). Take the time to present your material professionally. Use headings to clarify sections, and properly cite all references using APA format at the end of the paper. number 2 assignment is Assume that you will be pursuing a career as a health psychologist and plan to go to graduate school. Discuss the target population you would like to work with and why. In what ways will stress effect this population, and in what way will age play a role? Explain how these issues will affect your choice of graduate school.

Your essay should be at least 500 words in length and include an introduction, a body, and a conclusion. You are required to use at least your textbook as source material for your response. You must also use one outside source. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations. number 3 assignment is Assume you are NOT planning on pursuing a career in health psychology, but are interested in another related area in which to continue in. Choose another field of study in psychology or a related field you might be interested in, and explain why you chose that field. In what ways will the knowledge of health promotion and prevention help your field of study? Discuss how the future of the health care system, the aging population, and health psychology might impact your future career.

Discuss how these standards and guidelines interface with each other. Review 29 CFR 1910.

There are several standards and guidelines that apply to fire prevention and suppression in buildings. OSHA has promulgated several standards under Subpart H of 29 CFR 1910. The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) published the Fire Protection Handbook and several guidelines. Most local building codes also address design and construction of buildings to reduce the risk of fires. Discuss how these standards and guidelines interface with each other. Review 29 CFR 1910.6 athttp://www.osha.gov to see which NFPA guidelines have been incorporated by reference. How does incorporation by reference affect the enforcement of NFPA guidelines? Do you believe incorporating certain guidelines is a good approach by OSHA?

Explain whether any motor tasks or skills can be accomplished via observational learning. Justify your response.

During the period of early childhood, mastering fine motor skills is a very important process needed for physical and cognitive development. However, for a number of different reasons, there are some children who do not develop at the same pace as an average child. It is important for parents and physicians to recognize children who are not on track developmentally because the earlier the cause of the delay can be determined, the earlier parents can start working with the child to correct or minimize these deficits. Often, the earlier the children begins to work on their developmental deficits, the greater the advancements they can make.

By the age of three, a child should be able to do the following:

Use a spoon by themselves
Draw a vertical and horizontal line
String large beads
Snip paper with scissors
Roll clay or play dough into a “snake”

Conduct an Internet search using the two phrases listed below. Your results will help you better understand the kind of milestones that are used to assess the development of fine motor skills in young children.

Fine motor skills milestones
Child development milestones

Using the module readings, the Argosy University online library resources, and the Internet, research observational and motor learning and activities that can be used to help develop motor skills. Then, address the following:

Describe in detail how a young child’s fine motor skills are developed—making sure to include the theory of motor-skill learning that best fits this situation.
Explain whether any motor tasks or skills can be accomplished via observational learning. Justify your response.
Now, consider a situation in which a young child (3–4 years old) is developmentally delayed in fine motor skill development. Create a strategy which would help the child strengthen his or her fine motor skills.
You can find a number of activities online which purport to help develop these skills. From a theoretical viewpoint, be sure to explain how these activities will aid a child’s fine motor skill development. Make sure that you reference at least one peer-reviewed article in addition to any Web sites you find and describe these activities as part of your development strategy.

Write a 3–4-page paper in Word format. It should be double-spaced and in 12 point, Times New Roman font with regular one-inch margins and free of typographical and grammatical errors. Apply APA standards to citation of sources. Be sure to include a title page with a running head and reference page. Use the following file naming convention: LastnameFirstInitial_M5_A1.doc.

Determine the three-year total crime rate per institution, separately, for private and public institutions.

As a result of recent campus safety concerns at Capella University, you have been engaged by campus security team leaders to gather and analyze data about on-campus crime rates in schools in the state of Minnesota. Crime data from 181 Minnesota campuses has been compiled in the Campus Crime Data file. Write a management report for campus security team leaders, analyzing and evaluating campus crime data for Minnesota. Include your findings and recommendations for your clients. In your report, be sure to examine the following:

What crimes were most commonly committed on Minnesota campuses between 2009 and 2011? Based on the data, would you say the crime rates decreased or increased from 2009 to 2011?
The campus security leaders believe that the three-year total crime rate in public institutions is higher than that in private institutions. They have asked you to test that hypothesis. Conduct the test and describe your results. To start, you will:
Formulate the hypotheses statement.
Determine the three-year total crime rate per institution, separately, for private and public institutions.
Use the appropriate statistical approach to conduct and test the hypotheses for difference in crime rates.
Your clients would also like you to develop a 95 percent confidence interval for the difference in three-year total campus crime rates between public and private institutions in Minnesota. Report your results.
What, if any, ethical issues should concern you in conducting your research?
