TV Judges are popular. Select ONE popular televised judge and watch at least one televised show during which they preside over the legal matters. These judges also commonly have websites and you should review those as well (for example: http://www.judgejudy.com).

You are REQUIRED to use a minimum of 3 (three) outside sources to support your points in your paper. Make sure you include a proper reference page.

In a 2-3-page paper, and using APA style formatting, analyze the impact that “reality” television has on “real” courtroom proceedings.

Identify and explain the judge and the proceeding that you viewed. Compare the behavior of selected televised judge with the normal expectations of a judge as described in your textbook.
Write down three things that you think you know about the legal system based on your experience watching law related shows and then discuss whether or not your observations are, indeed, true.
In what ways might the popularity of judges such as Judge Judy and others be related to the public desire to be able to see the actual courtroom proceeding?
If people enjoy the entertainment factor or these shows, what damage could result?
How do these shows differ from court TV?
How do you think these shows differ from actual court cases?
How might such television shows influence a potential juror in a case?
Do you think these shows are valuable or damaging to the criminal justice system as it exists? Why?

Choose one body system (Muscular, skeletal, integumentary, or nervous) and answer all questions for your choice. Then, write a summary paragraph (of at least 200 words) identifying how this system supports one other body system to help maintain homeostasis. For example, What is the relationship between the muscular system and the skeletal system? Post the body systems combination you chose on Day 1 of this week. Articulate what makes the system unique/primary focus.
Include an interesting fact about the system, that is not in the textbook. (For example, the heart can secrete hormones but it is not part of the Endocrine system)

common tests/procedures for confirming the condition.

Assignment 1: Discussion—Motor-Skill Learning

Motor learning leads to a relatively permanent change in physical movements and activity of a person. This type of learning is related to acquiring processes needed for complex movements like speaking or playing the piano, which often start out as very difficult but through practice, they become much smoother and accurate. Additionally, motor-skill learning plays an important role in interpreting simple movements, such as reflexes, as the body and environment change. Therefore, though we may not be completely aware of motor learning as it takes place, it is a vital area of learning that is related to almost everything we do.

Early Trait Theory

In this assignment, you will consider what personality traits are seen in an effective leader and what skills are critical for effective leadership.

Using Online Library or the Internet, research the early trait theory.

Based on your research and understanding, complete the following discussion:

Part One: Cover Letter
