Identify and describe the source(s) and level of the conflict and support with evidence.

We live in a very complex and culturally diverse society. When we bring individuals together from diverse backgrounds in a work environment conflict can arise when expectations are not realized or met. Rather than hoping conflict will go away, this paper will explore and identify the reasons for conflict and how to successfully address them in a team environment.

Write a four- to five-page paper (excluding title and reference pages) assessing the components of conflict. The following need to be addressed within your paper:

Describe a conflict within an organization or team with which you are familiar.

Identify and describe the source(s) and level of the conflict and support with evidence.

Describe the steps taken to resolve the conflict or, if it is an ongoing conflict, propose steps to resolve the conflict.

Describe a minimum of three conflict outcomes that could reasonably occur as a result of the conflict resolution. Support your reasoning for each possible outcome.

Your paper must use a minimum of three scholarly sources, in addition to the textbook, your paper must be formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center

Write for your discussion, an analysis and summary of your chosen organization.

This week’s assignment is on an organization’s success story of growth and calls for us to do the following:

1. Select a successful 21st century global organization for the discussion.

2. With the organization you have chosen, analyze and summarize the organizational capabilities that are within this organization.

3. Write for your discussion, an analysis and summary of your chosen organization.

4. In your discussion give specific examples to show concepts that have been presented in the module themes and readings for this week

Explain at least 3 strategic goals that you would recommend for the organization, which will directly contribute to and effect positive social change.

To achieve organizational goals, it is necessary to regularly re-evaluate and revise organizational strategic plans. This evaluation and revision process is ongoing and requires collaboration among organizational leaders, managers, and most importantly, stakeholders. When stakeholders are involved in this process, organizations are more able to objectively examine their strengths and weaknesses, identify organizational needs, and achieve strategic goals. For this Individual Paper, you explore the role of stakeholders in an organization’s strategic planning process and consider strategic organizational goals.

To complete:

Write a 6- to 8-page paper (not including title page and reference page) that addresses the following:

Describe an existing non-profit or public organization of interest to you. Include the organization’s mission, stakeholders, short-term goals (1–4 years), mid-terms goals (5–14 years), and long-term goals (15–20 years).
Select and explain your role as a stakeholder, including why this organization is important to you both personally and professionally.
Explain how you, in your role, will help to evaluate and revise the organization’s strategic planning process. Include any potential legal implications of revising the organization’s current strategic plan.
Explain at least 3 strategic goals that you would recommend for the organization, which will directly contribute to and effect positive social change.

Use proper APA formatting and include the following:

A title page and running head

An introduction that states the purpose of the paper
Level 1 headings to define each part of the paper
A conclusion to synthesize the entire paper
A minimum of six scholarly sources to support your paper
In-text citations as appropriate

Create a table of temperature, RTD resistance, RTD resistance adjusted for self-heating, LED Status.

In a processing plant, a chemical tower has a liquid which is vaporized. However, if the vapor in the tower reaches 150°C, an alarm needs to be generated so that safe shutdown of that system of the plant may be initiated. An RTD will be used to measure the temperature of the vapor. The RTD will generally operate between 80° to 175°C and has a resistance of 220Ω at 20°C. The fractional change in resistance per 1°C is 0.0040. The dissipation constant is 25mW/°C. Design a circuit to activate an LED alarm when the temperature reaches 150 °C. The error should not exceed +/-1°C. Use a single supply voltage.

Draw a block diagram for your design. Explain the function of each block and why it is needed.
Design the circuit showing all calculations. Choose standard resistor values, and specify the tolerances. Provide a drawing of your circuit with all resistor values and tolerances and parts. You may do this by creating it in Multisim and then drawing the values on as appropriate.
Construct the circuit in Multisim using the resistor values you chose and tolerances. Do a screenshot showing how you have set up the tolerances for the resistors. For the RTD, you may use a potentiometer or variable resistor for which you can change the resistance for different temperatures. If you have a bridge circuit with a potentiometer for nulling, explain how you decide what resistance to use for the null.
Create a table of temperature, RTD resistance, RTD resistance adjusted for self-heating, LED Status. Test your circuit, and use the table to display your results. Find the precise resistance and temperature at which the LED turns on. Provide several screenshots showing the resistance which reflects the RTD resistance value used in the circuit and the LED alarm. Which RTD resistance do you use in the circuit for testing?
Put together all of the above in a well-written report including introduction, requirements, block diagram, design calculations, final design (including any potentiometer settings), testing (including which RTD resistance is used in the circuit for testing), and analysis of results. Be sure to provide a summary at the end, noting at which temperature the alarm was activated, if this was as designed, and what accounts for differences. Please note any problems you encountered.

Summarize the information in a professional and organized manor.

Can anyone write me a paper for cheap in less than 9 hours? 6 pages single space APA. I know I know. It doesn’t have to be overboard or graduate paper. It can be Undergraduate even high school level.

Here are the guidlines. I do have some information already that I can attach.

Financial Analysis Paper: Toyota & GM

1 Include Company Analysis (address prior comments): 2-3 pages

2 Include Industry Analysis (address prior comments): 1-2 pages

3 Include FSAP summary – Summarize the Analysis Tab of the FSAP which contains Ratios, Horizontal Analysis, and Common Size Analysis. Summarize the information in a professional and organized manor. Do not just cut and paste the information into your paper.

4 Write a summary of the significant findings from the financial statement analysis. This should be 2-3 single-spaced pages, using 12-point font. Address the Company & Industry analysis. Address significant Ratios, Horizontal Analysis, and Common Sized Analysis from the FSAP (look under the Analysis Tab). Do not address all the ratios and every line of vertical and horizontal analysis, just what you feel is important and significant to your decision. Focus on the specific items that stood out and impacted your decision. Include academic research to support your analysis.

5 Based on your findings, which company, if any, would you invest in? Include specific support for your decision based on your findings in the analysis. Also include support (for or against) investing in the industry you chose. Include academic research to support your final decision. This should be one page, 12-point font, single-spaced.

The Final Paper should be 6-9 single-spaced pages plus tables.

Identify at least three objectives for improving the organization’s financial position, and show how they relate to the mission, vision and strategy of the organization.

The purpose of the Session Long Project is to give you the opportunity to explore the applicability of the Module to your own life, work, and place in space and time, and to experiment with the Module to see how the otherwise academically rigorous presentation of a topic may, with more or less work and/or trauma, become “up close and personal”. This is done in a number of different ways — sometimes cumulative papers, sometimes practical hands-on experimentation with a tool of some sort, sometimes reflections on a place of work or life. The common thread is personal application, aimed at demonstrating a cumulative knowledge and understanding of the course’s material.

For this course, the Session Long Project will take the form of putting together background from each of the four perspectives for a balanced scorecard approach to an organization or organizational unit with which you are familiar. In the final module, you will have a go at strategy mapping. You’re not building a complete balanced scorecard — that would be far beyond our current scope – but you’ll have a chance to see what goes into it and how it gets put together into a coordinated whole. As in the cases, you’ll be drawing on your previous course work to help.

The Module 1 assignment has two parts. First, you need to identify an organization to which you have access to at least some information concerning financial data; staffing and human resource systems; marketing and customer relations; information systems; and operations. While most material on the Balanced Scorecard is written from the private, for-profit point of view, it’s perfectly possible to use this approach with public or non-profit organizations as well.

For the second part of this assignment, consider the organization’s mission and strategy from the perspective of its financial operations (from your work on the case, your previous course work, and your background reading, you should be reasonably clear what such operations are). In this section of the assignment you’ll begin to identify objectives and measures relevant to that perspective. If you’re unclear on just what objectives and measures are, here is a presentation that describes what they are and how to write them.
SLP Assignment Expectations

When you have thought about it and made your selection, please specify (2-3 pages):

The name of your organization
What this organization does – its mission, vision and overall strategy
The access you have to information about this organization — remember, you’ll need information about its financial performance, marketing, internal operations, strategy, and management systems.

Once you’re reasonably clear on what’s involved, think about your organization and its finances, and then:

Identify at least three objectives for improving the organization’s financial position, and show how they relate to the mission, vision and strategy of the organization.
For each objective, develop at least one meaningful performance measure (metric).
For each objective, identify at least one expected level of performance (target).
For each objective, identify at least one new action or program that needs to be developed to ensure successful implementation of the organization’s strategy (initiative)
