Analyze 3 creative processes that could get the agency back on track with on-point client deliverables.

No plagiarism will be accepted. APA 6th edition format must be used (in-text citations, abstract and reference page).

The assignment is as follows:

You manage a small advertising agency that employs two illustrators, two copywriters, and two account executives. Business has been down lately because of the economy, and your employees have been a bit nervous about possible layoffs, citing that because there are two of each of them in these respective roles that it is possible the agency may have to reduce the staff by at least two specialists in the coming months. You have noticed stress in the office, including everything from office fighting to stealing creative ideas from one another to higher-than-usual absenteeism.

At a recent campaign review with your premier client, CheapThings.com, you found out that the copy and graphics of several proposed ads needed to be recrafted. You found out that the client is unhappy with the campaign, noting that it is stale and uninteresting and does not represent what the company is doing online: selling all types of cheap things that people can buy at a discount.

On second look, you understand what the client is saying. Interpersonal communication skills are essential in your client and staff relationships. Although you understand that advertising campaigns often need to be tweaked to deliver what the client wants and needs, you believe that the employee problem may be masquerading as a business problem. You start to see that stress in the office is starting to reveal itself in your agency’s creative work. This is a huge problem because the agency cannot afford to lose a client or possible future projects. You decide to research some possible creative process theories for this situation to solve the business problem.

State the business problem and why you believe it is the core problem. For example, are people creatively burned out? Is there a communication problem between the client and the account executive?
Analyze 3 creative processes that could get the agency back on track with on-point client deliverables.
For each, briefly explain what the process is and why it fits the stated business problem.
Select what you believe to the best creative process for this situation.
Explain how you will implement your chosen creative process.
Explain your prediction on how your chosen creative process can help start to solve some of the problems

These sites offer an overview of negotiable instruments law, federal and state statutes and regulations, and federal and state court decisions. Using one of these sites, search for “negotiable instruments”.

Choose one of the cases listed (not the results from US Code).

Write a 1-2 page summary discussing the case, explaining the court’s decision, and relating the information to the materials covered in this week’s readings.

Be sure to document the case you choose to use by listing the name of parties involved, dates of decision (if given), along with appropriate APA citations of the website URL.

Promotional mix decisions begin with choosing the right message channel to reach their intended audience. With so many different message channels in the changing media landscape, it’s no wonder businesses are unsure of how to communicate with their audience.

In a two page paper, identify and describe 5 different message channels (ex. Radio advertising, internet pop-ups) and share advantages and disadvantages of each. Select one product that you believe would be successful to be promoted for each of the selected message channels.
Additional library or Internet research is required to complete this assignment. It is important that you cite each of your sources at the end of your paper

Assignment 2: Middleville Regional Healthcare

Due Week 9 and worth 160 points

Middleville Regional Health Care is one (1) of three (3) hospitals serving a community of 350,000 people. Summary statistics on Middleville and its competitors, from the AHA Guide, are shown below in Table 1. All three organizations are not-for-profit.

Table 1: Middleville, Brierfield, and Greystone Health Care Systems

The governing board of Middleville hired a consulting company to evaluate its strategic performance, specifically in the areas of Human Resources, Information Technology, Financing, and Marketing. As part of the consultant’s evaluation, several leaders of Middleville’s units were asked their perspective of the organization’s performance.

You are working for the consultant. Your job is to identify the issues from the response that should be considered further by the consultant team and possibly discussed with the governing board and the CEO. The firm has a rule, “Never offer a criticism or negative finding without suggesting how the client organization can correct it,” so you must indicate what sort of correction you would recommend as part of your list. Because you know there were about two (2) dozen other interviews, you decide you should rank your issues in importance, to make sure the most critical are discussed.

Write a six to eight (6-8) page paper in which you:

Explain the governing board’s role in these strategic initiatives, determining its responsibility and involvement.
Evidence-based management means that operational and strategic decisions are made based upon the evidence that goals and objectives are actually being met. Quantitative measurements must be identified and measured. This data is then used to evaluate the HCO’s performance. Name three (3) performances Middleville can use to measure its success in providing quality healthcare to the community, and identify quantifiable, measureable indicators that can be used to do so. Explain the importance of each performance measurement.
Given the statistics of Middleville and its two (2) competitors provided in Table 1, recommend to the HCO what areas it should focus on to maintain its competitive market share as well as continue to provide healthcare to the community in the 21st century.
Some of Middleville’s Board members are very interested in pursuing advanced technology systems over the next five (5) years, while others are concerned about the enormous expense and need assurance that the investment in technology will be worthwhile. In both monetary and process terms, describe the costs and benefits associated with implementing EMR and associated health data systems. Lay out a plan for how various systems can be implemented.
Middleville has faced many challenges in recruiting and retaining nurses and other clinical employees. The economy has hit the area very hard and budgetary limitations have reduced the amount of money available for salary increases. The Board knows it needs to provide other benefits to their valued employees. Provide at least two (2) suggestions to Human Resources to promote employee satisfaction and, therefore, retain experienced personnel.
Use at least three (3) quality resources in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and similar Websites do not qualify as quality resources

Would this additional spending on advertising achieve the effect of deterring Maytag from entering?

Based on this information, can GE successfully prevent Maytag from entering this market by increasing its advertising levels?

What is the equilibrium outcome in this game?

Suppose that an analyst at GE is convinced that just a little bit more advertising by GE, say another $2m, would be sufficient to deter enough customers from buying Maytag, thus, yield less than $0 profits for Maytag in the event it enters. Suppose that spending an extra $2m on advertising by GE will reduce its expected profits by $1.5 m, regardless of whether Maytag enters or stays out.

Would this additional spending on advertising achieve the effect of deterring Maytag from entering?

Should GE pursue this option?
